View of the Temple Mount area west of the raised platform. Seen from front to back are the Dome of Moses, the Fountain of Qasim Pasha, and Sebil of Sultan Qait Bay (A.62-65), and on the far right is the Western Arcade of the platform. The Dome of Moses was constructed in 1250 AD by Ayyubid King Najm ad-Din bin al-Kamel, and was intended for clergymen and imams. The fountain of Qasim Pasha dates to 1526 and is named for the Ottoman Governor of Egypt, and is the first Ottoman monument added to the Temple Mount complex.
